[Web10g-user] Alpha release and userland API

Peng, thanks for your comments and apologies for the delay in 
responding. The plan is to release the patches for 3.2 and 3.3 later 
this week; the userland API is in active development with an initial 
release planned for mid-to-late June. Thanks again, and please check our 
web site for updates in this, and coming, weeks.
