[Web10g-user] Problem with NDT

I checked out the "ndt-read-only" branch an rebuilt everything. Now
the java applet is giving me an error:

Error while loading language files:
Can't find bundle for base name Tcpbw100_msgs, locale en_US

What's missing here?
